Description
This is a detail of a larger watercolor, but one I like very much (my current avatar) because It makes me feel happy . The 22x30 inch watercolor was painted with my eyes closed over pattern also created that way with latex miskit, which in part remained on the surface of the paper. It was probably most influenced by living right on the Bay of Banderas at the time, with dolphins swimming right up to the perimeter of the property. The colors refelct the water, the lines the motion and hifts of the tides. the hebrew letters the sense of blessing and joy felt in being in such close proximity to folphons birds , whales and the water itself.

Once again "Talented Proxy"....in upper case now as I come to respect her instincts more and more...brought this complex yet essential beauty to my attention. I give it a big favorite.
