Description
This pastel on newsprint was created in 2015. It is influenced by having been immersed in the work of Kandinsky and Miro- the sense of emotive organic shapes and circularity that occur in both of their principal bodies of work, evoking a different sense of space, place and time.

Impressive symbolic painting with the underlying philosophical meaning - an aspect I really admire in all of your unique, authentically painted works, Chana - love this and all paintings in your gallery- it perfectly resonates with my artistic senses. I just recently discovered your wonderful comments on my paintings and replied - sorry to be so late. I was not here often due to my life, work busy schedules. Hope you are well. Best wishes from Oregon.

Back to enjoy this lovely pastel! I do like the title but my eyes are busy with shapes and soft wonderful color....the way you have echoed them throughout the piece....so dimensional and so varied, and the brushwork, a litany of good choices! And I wonder, is there a face?

I don't know, haven't seen one...thanks for yet another wonderful artist's mind comment on this Nancy.
